SHIPPING POLICY
All orders shipped within the US receive free 2-Day shipping.
Orders are custom sewn to order in our Downtown L.A. studio. As they are handmade goods, they ship within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders via USPS priority 2-Day service.
If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact MIKA JAYMES Customer Care at info@mikajaymes.com or via phone: 1-877-351-2776 with your request.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify MIKA JAYMES Customer Care at info@mikajaymes.com as early as possible.
International Shipping
Flat rate shipping is $25 per order and will arrive 15-21 business days from order fulfillment. International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee your fit and satisfaction 100%
To be eligible for credit, items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached.
Please use our online portal here for return / exchange authorization. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
We cannot accept items purchased at other retailers, as these items are subject to the retailers’ own return and exchange policies. We recommend reaching out to your retailer directly to discuss returning or exchanging your item.
Any combination of orders placed in excess of $3000 will have their refunds issued as a store credit.
